Position : Asst. Manager - Sales (Major / Key Accounts)

Location : Mumbai

Reporting To: Head – Major Accounts / Head – Key Accounts


Responsibilities :

* Negotiate and finalize deals with Major/Key accounts in the region.
* Service Existing clients and Cultivate new Major / Key Accounts in the region.
* Generate & exceed assigned sales targets per month.
* Execute & establish any new media solutions that is developed by the organization in the market, to the Major/ key target clients in the region.
* Work strongly with Major/Key clients and advertising agency with decision makers and influencers.
* Build personal credibility and manage customer and relationships at various levels
* Maintain & enhance relationship with existing Major / Key customers.
* Contribute towards increasing Sales team productivity in the region.

Required Background:

* 3-5 years of successful sales experience in Media, handling corporate clientele.
* Out of which minimum 2 years in Print media.
* Prior experience in language newspaper in West India is required.
* Existing relationship with advertisers & media agencies is required.
* Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
* MBA preferred.

Required Aptitude & Skill sets:

* Strong planning ability & customer orientation.
* Thorough on problem Objection handling abilities & negotiation skills.
* Go getter with hands-on sales approach.
