Marketing Executives (Bareilly and Karnal)

Profile:

Marketing:
- Implementing marketing plans for enhancing the business volume.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends to achieve metrics.
- Accountable for ideation and activation at UP east station which involves collating 360 degree marketing plans for sales clients
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- Executing advertising (ATL and BTL) and marketing communication for the brand.
- Conceptualizing and creating saleable properties
- To liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure timely development and production of marketing material, marketing administration like planning and maintaining budgets, vendor payments and internal compliance reports.
- Responsible for achieving marketing Revenues
- Retail branding & merchandising (In shop & Out shop), Market visibility. Ensure timely availability of all relevant POP and logical allocation
- Creating cross promotional marketing programs with other media aimed at increasing brand awareness and capitalizing on current and local hot topics.
- Understanding client requirements, discussing brand issues and communication strategies with clients.

Branding

- Managing PR successful execution of on-ground station initiatives, striking barter deals and alliances
- Creating Brand awareness and Promotion of brand across the city. Strategizing, conceptualization & organizing event/festivals in city at college campuses, clubs and Malls for clients.
- Accountable for ideation and activation at UP east station which involves collating 360 degree marketing plans for sales clients Conducting various BTL activities for the clients as well as the other events of the calendar with the help of other ATL channels like Print, Radio ensuring maximum quality footfalls.
- Coordination with the Sales and Programming department for smooth execution of all Marketing Tie Ups
- Coordination with all internal departments of Radio Station (studio/ production) to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day jobs. Project Planning & Preparing / Controlling Cost Estimates for various Projects.
