Creative Art Director Required For A Freelance Project With Bi-monthly Magazines

An international publishing house is looking to revamp the design of its two bimonthly magazines. I have been hired to hunt for a designer with credentials to take up such a task.
Please note that the task is approximately a 2-month freelance project. You will be required to travel abroad to the the client location at least twice for understanding the scope of work and for its final delivery.
