Corporate Communication Manager Needed at MNC Media Organisation, Delhi

Our client is a well known organisation in the stated area of
business.

Location : Delhi-NCR

Role Brief : Leverage the company as the premiere company throughstrategic communications activities. Oversee corporate communications program and internal communications functions.

Advance a strong and consistent identity for The Company's activities in India through conventional and unconventional media and public relations techniques.

Work to identify, develop and execute media, PR and partnership opportunities.

Bring internal and external attention, through appropriate media and outreach to various publics, to current and potential business partnerships, announcements, industry leadership and operating policies.

Oversee publicity events, promotions and executive speaking engagements.

Responsibilities include:

· Providing informed and results-oriented counsel on all matters related to upholding and building the image of the company and brands;
· Serving as the central source of information and the official channel of communication between the company and media constituents and other influential audiences.
· Developing clear message points and identity materials;
· Analyzing public information and market/industry intelligence that may impact favorably or unfavorably on the company's ability to conduct business and gain competitive advantage;
· Serving senior executives and business units with customized public relations solutions to business challenges and ensuring communications and public relations-mindednes s in all business activities;
· Develop an effective means of monitoring and evaluating press coverage. Report monthly on its findings;
· Ensure PR activity is closely aligned with and complementary to the company's marketing activity and corporate strategic initiatives;
· Appoint and monitor freelance PR consultants as and when required.

Candidate Profile

Skills/Experience

· Around 6-8 years experience in PR Agency and corporate communications function working with media or consumer product industry.
· Candidate should be a goal-oriented team player with the ability to see the big picture in the development in the Indian marketplace.
· Candidate should have extensive experience communicating with multiple audiences (internal and external) within a strategic integrated marketing plan.
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
· Formal education in communications, public relations or related field.
