1) Art/Design degree from recognized institute
2) 2-3 years experience in magazine/book design/advertising

Associate Copy Editor:
You must commission and edit fiction and non-fiction books for children. Profile:
1) Good academic record with 1st class bachelor's or master's degree
2) 2-3 years experience in publishing
