Position: Senior Officer / A.M – Event Management

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate / MBA with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in Corporate Sales, Sponsorship & Events.

Expérience in Activations / Tie –ups / corporates liaisons/Events etc.

Job Responsibilities:
· Conceptualizing Event properties
· Identifying potential sponsors for events & other music properties/albums
· Tapping sponsor & taking a complete brief as per brand requirements
· Identifying & negotiating with vendors for venue, lights etc
· Executing the event / launching the album
· Payment collection from sponsor
· Ensuring repeat business
· Constantly updating the database
· Tapping clients for Institutional/Corporate Sales
